Our Mission is to provide fun, eco-friendly, and safe, interpretive tours, outdoor education, and environmental awareness in kayaks and stand up paddleboards to persons of all abilities along the beautiful redwood coast of Northern California.
Here at Kayak Zak’s we are part of one of the most unique and beautiful part of the state, Humboldt Lagoons State Park. We are located on Highway 101 in the heart of the redwoods, within 10 minutes of both Redwood National Park and Prairie Creek State Park, which combined offer endless opportunity for your visit. Obtaining your full venture includes floating among an array of wildlife from herds of Roosevelt elk to some of the state’s prestigious collections of bird habitats. Being on the water is a huge part of our life that we want to share for everyone to enjoy and absorb. Exercise, tranquility,and good times are only a few of the many reasons why we kayak and stand-up paddle. Come say hello at the Humboldt Lagoons State Park Visitor Center located right on Highway 101 at Stone Lagoon. We are five miles south of Orick, California,the southern gateway to Redwood National and State Parks, northern gateway to Humboldt Lagoons State Park and the home of the world’s tallest trees.
